Service Experience Manager Your responsibilities: 1、Work with service providers, manufacturers, and customer service team to manage aftersales service locally for all products sold through Goboo. 2、Formulate and implement the after sales service strategy that puts customers first and is in line with overall business objective, identifying hidden problems and proposing optimised solutions in a timely manner based on daily user feedback.. 3、Responsible for organizing and managing local after-sales service projects, answering and recording customer issues on a daily basis, feeding back to the relevant departments and following up until the issue is resolved. 4、Manage all crucial aftersales processes, such as complaints management, call center service partner interactions, and legal exposure. 5、 Work with logistics service providers and internal logistics team to ensure high delivery standards for the local market. 6、Ensure audit compliance of overall warranty service operation and after sales service. Your requirements: 1、Familiar with the local electronic products after-sales service policy and logistics; 2、Rich in local service resources; 3、 Excellent communication skills in person, written, over the telephone, and by email; 4、Good bilingual communication skills (German and Chinese, English is a plus), both verbal and written; 5、 Good technical knowledge; 6、Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (Power Point at advanced level, Excel - experience with pivot tables, basic formulas, macros, look-up functions); 7、Customer-oriented, strategic thinker, and problem solver.
